About permits
Building permits are reviewed and issued by your municipality. We prepare and coordinate your permit package, but we can't guarantee approval or review timelines. When we submit your permit application and pay the municipal fee on your behalf, a percentage administration fee is added to that fee. The rate is set out in your proposal. Part 9 eligibility depends on your building's size, height and use.
